People talk about safety culture but most of the time we don’t really know what it means. After this workshop you will be confident that you can uncover those “hidden” obstacles in organisational culture that could be hindering safety. More importantly, you’ll be able to facilitate discussions that will result in clear actions that that can be taken quickly to overcome the obstacles.
During this half-day session Dr Bill will share his 16 years of experience doing these workshops with a wide variety of organisations.
