Before reading any further have some fun by doing the Risk Tolerance Survey on line at www.personalsafety.com. It takes about 15 minutes – then come back and see how you can:
- Learn to use the Safety Improvers’ Risk Tolerance 15-scenario Survey to show people just how much risk they are prepared to take. The fee includes 10 licences.
- Develop your understanding of how people perceive and underestimate risk.
- Learn how to facilitate a 90-minute discussion with up to 15 participants so that they can “see” for themselves the risk they are tolerating
- Enjoy the workshop knowing that you are at the forefront of changing behaviour and at the same time refreshing people’s memories on basic risk assessment, awareness and stopping unsafe acts.
During the workshop we’ll go though each of the 15 scenarios in detail and you’ll be supplied with a facilitator’s guide with all the “answers”.
After learning how to facilitate these workshops you’ll enjoy doing them with your people. They are good fun and generate lots of debate – and some weird ideas! Dr Bill will share his experiences in great detail, leaving no stone unturned so you can be confident giving your own workshops.
