Unfortunately, with time, the effectiveness of our SOS is eroded by bad habits.
After this half-day workshop you’ll:
- Know precisely why SOS’s deteriorate
- Be able to suggest changes to make the SOS more effective. (For example, not allowing mechanical defects to be reports on the SOS card).
- Think about ways to make the SOS less bureaucratic and time consuming
- Find more effective ways to use the lessons learned from the weekly SOS analysis
- Know how to facilitate a short (90-minute) refresher (or even initial) workshops using three short role plays to teach people how to make observations without insulting others.
