The feedback from rig personnel indicates that the Advanced Safety Workshops went down very well. They highlight and reinforce the need to think, about your own and other's safety, and not rely wholly on the umbrella of "the safety management system". Shutting down operations to run some of the workshops, let people know how serious ourselves and the clients are about avoiding people getting hurt. To date, it seems to have got the message across.
