The problem we face is a positive one. How do we do even better when we are already doing pretty well? We have to go beyond procedures, training and lecturing people because they already know WHAT to do. Behavioural safety finds out what hinders people doing what they know they should be doing, and then gives them tools and courage to overcome the hindrances.
